Walking
Why not take a relaxing walk along by the sea and the East Coast, with views, on a clear day, of the Cooley Peninsula to the north or the mountains of Howth & Lambay Island and Irelands Eye to the South.

If you would like to take a historical walk, there are the “Medieval” or “Historical Boyne Valley” walks which will provide an opportunity to find out more about the colourful history of Louth and Meath

Angling
This area of Louth has one of the most historic sections of river, as the Boyne and the Blackwater join at Navan, and run through the hills & fields of Louth to the Irish Sea.   The Waterside is an ideal location to dip that rod in the fruitful waters.
